Donna Parish ‘Chookie’

Late of Gladstone, formerly of Mackay and Horsham. Passed away peacefully on Saturday 11th January 2020. Aged 53 years.

Dearly loved Wife of Chris. Cherished Mother of Kevin, Josh and Jen. Adored Nana of Claire. Loved Sister of Heather, Trish, Alan, Lee, Lynette and Jennifer. Beloved daughter of Edna and Bruce McIntosh (both Dec’d)

As were Donna’s wishes, a private cremation will be held.
